borosilicate glass buchner funnel with sintered disc
available in G1, G2, G3, G4 and G5 grade. A buchner funnel with sintered disc is a type of laboratory filteration apparatus used for vacuum filteration instead of using filter paper, it uses a sintered glass disc as the filter medium. Works : mixure is poured into the funnel. A vaccum is applied via a side-arm filter flask. Liquid is drawn through the sintered disc. Solids remain on top of the disc as a filter cake.
